Anne Hathaway’s chic wardrobe in The Devil Wears Prada is the top reason why the movie is among my fashion favorites. Many of the couture pieces seen in the film were borrowed from top designers so that the movie would not go over budget. Meryl Streep once mentioned that just one of the purses she carried on set costs $12, story 000!! Although the movie tries to point out some of the weaknesses of the slippery slope fashion industry (overpriced goods being among those flaws), there’s no denying that Anne Hathaway’s clothes and makeup in the movie are gorgeous. Besides, there’s no reason why we can’t enjoy the wardrobe on-screen. Take a look at some of the top outfits in the movie below!
